Accounts
Everyone with an account: their plan, when they joined and last signed in, and how many flights they keep. Give complimentary Pro to a date, or end it. Paid plans change only through Stripe.
Give Pro to a list of people
An airline or partner sends a file of email addresses (a CSV or text file, any layout: the addresses are picked out of it). Everyone on it gets complimentary Pro to the date below: those with an account at once, the others when they first sign in with that address. Paid plans are left alone.
Discount codes
A code for one person: 10 or 15% off LogAloft Pro for their first year (each monthly payment for 12 months, or the first yearly payment), one use, first purchase only. They get a link that applies it at checkout, or can type the code there.
Admins
Admins see the Operations side of the dashboard (health, services, FAA feeds, server, errors, support queue, phone), not money, subscriptions, accounts or visits. Master admins are the addresses in Netlify's STATS_OWNERS: they see everything and name admins here.
