What it does
Made for the cabin, not the flight deck
- Your roster, in by itselfFrom your airline's calendar, a roster PDF or a screenshot of your crew app; moved legs update on their own.
- Breaks in flight, in secondsThe rest split into two groups around the meal services you set, with an alarm on your phone at the end of each break.
- The layover, sortedHotel and pickup in one step, food and sights near the hotel, the weather and a brief on the country.
- Land rested, report restedA rest plan for every layover: when to sleep, get daylight and eat, in local time.
- Per diem and time awayOn every trip, from your own rates, with the hours you're away from home.
- Every trip's doseThe cosmic radiation of every flight, your year against the limits, and a pregnancy view against 1 mSv.
No pilot items: no landings, no pilot time, no approaches. Your trips, breaks, layovers, rest and dose come first.

Why count it
Cabin crew carry one of the highest radiation doses at work
Cosmic radiation is ionizing radiation, a known cause of cancer (IARC Group 1). In a 2026 study of US deaths by occupation, flight attendants ranked first for radiation-associated cancers, and no US airline is required to measure crew dose.
LogAloft works out the dose of every trip from your roster and keeps your record by month and year. If you're pregnant or planning to be, the pregnancy view checks your schedule against 1 mSv for the pregnancy and 0.5 mSv in any month.
Averages per monitored worker, worldwide, 2010–2014 (UNSCEAR 2020/2021 Report, Annex D). Pregnancy: ICRP 103 (1 mSv), FAA AC 120-61B (0.5 mSv in any month); talk to your doctor. One chest X-ray is taken as 0.1 mSv, a routine two-view exam (Mettler et al., Radiology 2008). Doses are estimates for your information, about ±20%, not an official dose record.

Questions
Does it work with my airline's roster?
Yes, with most: the calendar link or .ics file from your airline's scheduling app, roster PDFs and prints, or a screenshot of your crew app (Pro). You can also forward it to your own LogAloft email address. If it can't read yours yet, send it from Import and we'll add it.
Is it only for pilots?
No. In cabin-crew mode you won't see pilot items like landings or pilot time: your trips, breaks, layovers, per diem, rest and dose come first.
Can it help if I'm pregnant?
It shows the dose you've already received and what each trip on your schedule would add, against the 1 mSv usually set for a pregnancy and the FAA's 0.5 mSv in any month. It's information for you and your doctor, not medical advice.
What's free, and what does Cabin Crew Pro add?
